1. Who handles your data

Wild Bear Creative Studio SA (“Wild Bear”) is the controller of the personal data collected through this website. Contact: hello@wildbear-studio.com.

2. What we collect

The request form stores what you fill in — name, email, company or venue, phone (optional) and message — in the studio database (hosted in the European Union, in Frankfurt), so we can reply, and emails us a copy. Only the Wild Bear team has access. If you accept the cookie notice, we count visits anonymously: page, origin, country and device type, as daily totals, with no cookies and without storing your IP address.

3. Why we use it

• To reply to your request and contact you about it — pre-contractual steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To count visits anonymously, only if you allow it in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We never sell or share your data for marketing.

4. How long

Requests received through the form or by email are kept for as long as needed to answer them and, if they do not lead to a contract, for up to 24 months.

5. Who has access

Only the Wild Bear team handling your request and the providers that help us run the website and email (hosting and messaging), under contract and only as needed. If any provider is outside the European Economic Area, transfers follow the safeguards set out in the GDPR.

6. Cookies

The website only uses essential technical storage (for example, to remember your choice in the cookie notice). Fonts are hosted on this site, with no third-party requests. We only count visits, anonymously, if you accept. You can change your mind at any time in “Cookie preferences” in the footer.

7. Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or portability of your data, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to hello@wildbear-studio.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (cnpd.pt).

8. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown at the top of this page.
