Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 13 October 2026

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Wild Bear Creative Studio SA (“Wild Bear”) website. By using the site you accept them. Video production services are governed by the conditions agreed in each accepted proposal, not by these terms.

2. Website information

Website content is for information only. We do our best to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is not a contractual offer. Prices, timelines and conditions are only binding once confirmed in writing.

3. Contact requests

The contact form is for requesting information or a proposal. Sending it creates no obligation for either party. You agree to provide true information and not to misuse the form.

4. Videos and artificial intelligence

The videos shown are animated with artificial intelligence from real photographs and are labelled as such. Work shown is illustrative and may include demonstration content. We only work with photographs the client has the right to use.

5. Intellectual property

The Wild Bear brand, logo, texts, videos and design of this website belong to Wild Bear or are used with permission. They may not be copied, reproduced or used without prior written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the site in a way that damages it, overloads it or compromises its security, nor attempt to access areas or data without permission.

7. Liability

Wild Bear is not liable for damage resulting from website interruptions, content errors or the use of third-party sites linked from here, except where required by law.

8. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. The Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to applicable mandatory rules. For consumer disputes you may use an alternative dispute resolution body — see consumidor.gov.pt — and the Electronic Complaints Book.
